Due to the nature of digital / custom photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned, Virtual Access Tours has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo.”
If there’s a photo in question that needs editing, we will, in our best effort, try to correct it and return the revised image(s) within 24 hours.
